All for 1 and 1 for All…

Last week while heading back from central Utah I decided to swing through Zion National Park to enjoy the nice weather and possibly create a couple images. One of the greatest things about Zion is visiting the park in the off season, during the off season your allowed to drive into the park and don’t have to be packed onto one of the buses that runs guests around the park. With camera gear loaded I headed right to the end of the road, and ended up at the gateway to the world famous Narrows Hike. The lighting was bad in the canyons and I was there in the middle of the day so I knew that capturing big scenes was going to be out of the question so I decided to isolate the things I wanted to shoot. The day’s subject was water and the goal was to create four different images all from the exact same spot, I wanted to force myself to use the camera and create images that were all totally different but were of the exact same thing. The results are below and I really like them and have added them into our 12x collection. Try this sometime while out shooting you might be surprised at the results…..
